About Jedd E. Bogage

As a trial attorney, Jedd E. Bogage has exclusively practiced personal injury law in the San Diego area since January of 1991. Since that time, he has successfully resolved hundreds of personal injury cases. After many years of trial and arbitration experience, Mr. Bogage was appointed as an arbitrator with the Superior Court and is now called upon to render awards in other lawyer’s cases.

Since the inception of his practice, Mr. Bogage has solely represented plaintiffs with an emphasis on helping victims of personal injuries, including wrongful death, spinal cord injuries, product liability and brain injuries. He prides himself on his communication with clients and values the relationships he has forged with many of them over the years.
Mr. Bogage enjoys being accessible to his clients while maintaining a strong work ethic and helping people through difficult legal situations. He is driven by a passion for the law and an urgent need to assist others with his professional knowledge and resources. Jedd E. Bogage is sincerely dedicated to his personal motto of “changing people’s attitudes about lawyers, one client at a time.” He even volunteers his services, when necessary, and was once a member of the panel of volunteer attorneys that assisted families who had their homes damaged or destroyed by the October 2003 wildfires in San Diego County.

Mr. Bogage has always focused on personal injury work as a means by which to help others achieve justice when they have been victimized by the negligence of another. His experience, passion, dedication and patience allow him to maximize the monetary amounts he is able to secure for his clients.

Mr. Bogage received his Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut. He attended California Western School of Law in San Diego for his first year of law school (where he was in the top 1/3rd of his class). He obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Bridgeport School of Law in December of 1989. Mr. Bogage completed law school in 2 ½ years as he spent the summer between his 2nd and 3rd year working in a Civil Clinic. The clinic program allowed him to attain practical work experience by representing individuals who could not afford a lawyer in family law matters. His work was rewarded with almost an entire semester’s worth of law school credit.

Mr. Bogage is licensed to practice before all of the courts in the State of California and he is an active member of the following legal organizations:
